-Our standard monthly rate includes a Trash Cart and will be service ONE time per week for trash. All Trash Must Be Bagged. No loose trash will be accpeted. All Boxes Must Be Broken Down Flat. Boxes Full of trash will not be accepted .
-Extra trash, if you should find that your Trash cart is not enough to for your needs you may request a second cart for additional cost per month. Any additional items outside the cart must be called into our office and approved before pick-up day. Extra fee will apply.
-We strive to provide all of our customers with quality and timely service. Due to extra pickups, circumstances beyond our control and the daily growth of our service areas, your service time may vary.
-The container assigned to your account and service address is your responsibility. Keep your container clean and notify the office if you have any operational problems with your container.
Cart Placement- Place cart at curb at least 5ft from any objects (trees, mailboxes, etc.). Place handle facing the road.
Holidays- Waste Disposal, Will post any changes to the pick up schedule on our website www.info-wastedisposaltn.
Inclement Weather/ Route Delays-Sometimes bad weather sneaks up on us and we have to pull our trucks off the road. We will make every effort to service our customers and notify them of any issues or delays. For information on service delays or issues visit www.info-wastedisposaltn.com.
Billing/Payment Information-
We do all billing electronically, We do not accept cash, checks or money orders. We bill monthly. All payment will come out the first of every month.
-Service will be suspended if payment is not made on the first of the month. Service will be restored once payment is received. If payment is not receive by the end of the month. Your can(s) with be repossessed and no trash will be taken. There will be a reinstatement fee of $25
-Cancelling Service- There will be no proration of billing and you will not be entitled to a refund if service is cancelled during a billing cycle. You will remain responsible for all charges, fees and taxes through the end of the billing cycle (including the period between the notice of termination and the end of the current billing cycle).
-Waste Disposal reserves the right to charge service related fees associated with but not limited to the following set up fees, early termination fees, container return fees, etc.
